  • Do I have to have an account with Standard Publishing to order from the website?

    To place an order on the website you do not have to have an existing account with Standard Publishing.  By ordering online you will establish an account by providing the required information and using a credit card to place your order.

    To set up a “Bill me” account with Standard Publishing, contact Customer Service at 1-800-543-1353 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 to 6:00 PM (Eastern), Monday through Friday.

  • I already have an account with Standard Publishing.  Can I use it to order on the Web?

    All online orders are prepaid with a credit card. To place an order on your account, please email us at customerservice@standardpub.com or call 1-800-543-1353 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 to 6:00 PM (Eastern), Monday thru Friday.

    We have set up our new shopping cart to attach Web orders to existing accounts where applicable. You can also type your account number in the special instructions field. We regret we are only able to show in your online account page Web orders from our current shopping cart system (effective 12/26/10).

  • Can we order from you or do we need to get product through a store?

    Our products can be purchased online using this website. 

    Our products are also available throughout the country at Christian bookstores and other retailers where books are sold.  Locate a local Christian bookstore here or look in the footer of any of our Web pages.

  • Do you offer discounts to churches or sell discontinued product (last year’s VBS) at discounted prices?

    We do occasionally offer discontinued products on our website.  You will find these offers in the On Sale Now section of the site, accessible in he upper=left area on most of our pages.   • How fast can you ship my order?

    Generally, all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, providing inventory is available and all order information is accurate and complete.  We ship via FedEx so a complete shipping address is needed for delivery.

  • I am looking for an item on your website.  Is everything you sell listed on your website?

    We now offer easy-to-use online order forms for your Sunday school curriculum orders.  You may also download samples and order information from our web site, and place orders for all your curriculum needs.  If you would prefer to talk directly to someone about your curriculum needs, please contact your Territory Sales Rep assigned to your state.

    Standard Publishing is a non-denominational publisher.  Standard Publishing is as committed today as ever to producing nondenominational, true-to-the-Bible resources.   • What translation of the Bible do you use in your products?

    Our editors select the appropriate Bible translation based on the target audience for the product.  We are careful to ensure that all of our products are educationally and developmentally age appropriate.  We do not endorse any particular translation.  Products that do use a particular translation are generally labeled with the name of the translation.  Many products are translation independent, providing a Scripture reference that may be used with the customer’s preferred translation.
