Contact your sales representative for discounts and terms specific to your account. Minimum order is $25 invoiced. Full returns on SuperSimple Kits and Ancillary items. 100% credit on all items. Product must be physically received in saleable condition at Standard’s distribution center in Cincinnati, Ohio no later than 8/29/2014.

Standard Publishing requires Return Authorizations for all returns

In an effort to simplify and expedite the accurate processing of your returns and to ensure you receive credit due in a timely manner, Standard Publishing now requires a Return Authorization (RA) reference number be assigned on all products prior to the return of the products to Standard Publishing for credit.

Any return received without a valid RA reference number will be refused and returned to you without credit.

Please use our new Return Authorization Form for all returns. This will expedite the process.

Shipping Discrepancies

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to report any shortages, overages, damages and/or missing products and shipments.

Sunday School Curriculum Policies

Volume discount levels are based on the (designated) initial order each quarter. The discount will remain at the qualifying level until the next quarter's initial order is placed. Volume discount levels are shown below.

20% $0 to $499 34% $9,000 to $10,499 40% $20,500 to $22,499
25% $500 to $999 35% $10,500 to $12,499 41% $22,500 to $24,499
28% $1,000 to $1,999 36% $12,500 to $14,499 42% $24,500 to $26,499
30% $2,000 to $3,999 37% $14,500 to $16,499 43% $26,500 to $28,499
32% $4,000 to $6,999 38% $16,500 to $18,499 44% $28,500 to $30,499
33% $7,000 to $8,999 39% $18,500 to $20,499 45% $30,500

Curriculum drop shipments will receive a 15% discount, regardless of volume.

Free Freight

Dealers in the 48 contiguous states with current accounts automatically receive free freight on their initial stock order each quarter. To qualify for free freight, orders must be received no later than the following dates:

Fall Quarter (September, October, November) July 15
Winter Quarter (December, January, February) October 15
Spring Quarter (March, April, May) January 15
Summer Quarter (June, July, August) April 15

Free freight applies to all products in the "Curriculum Materials" section on the curriculum order form, excluding shipments of The Lookout® and Christian Standard®.

Early Curriculum Returns

We will issue 100% credit on dated curriculum products received by Standard Publishing according to the dates below. (Note: these are the same dates the quarterly payments are due.) We require a Return Authorization number to process curriculum returns, so please use our Return Authorization Form to request your RA. We must receive the product from you by these dates:

Fall Quarter (September, October, November) September 15
Winter Quarter (December, January, February) December 15
Spring Quarter (March, April, May) March 15
Summer Quarter (June, July, August) June 15

Returns Allowances

The returns allowance is limited to 10% of the net value of the eligible products on the initial stock order. Returns allowance is calculated separately for each store location. You must request returns credit on the Curriculum Returns Form. We must receive this form from you by the following dates:

Fall Quarter (September, October, November) November 15
Winter Quarter (December, January, February) February 15
Spring Quarter (March, April, May) May 15
Summer Quarter (June, July, August) August 15

Even though we give you returns credit, do not return the product itself. We suggest you use the leftover product to build sales. Distribute it as samples to promote Standard Publishing Sunday school curriculum to new accounts.
