Important Notice: Standard Publishing has a $25 retail minimum order requirement for all curriculum and general merchandise orders and $25 net on all Vacation Bible School orders. Curriculum and general merchandiseorders under $25 retail will be processed with a $10 charge added, while Vacation Bible School orders under $25 net will not be processed. Interested in selling Standard Publishing products?
A fully completed dealer application is required before credit can be granted. The information provided will be kept confidential and is requested due to the need to establish standards for recognizing dealers and granting discounts. Simply download and print the appropriate document. Please complete, sign, and return by mail to the address below. To help the approval process move faster and more efficiently, please feel free to fax the application to 877-867-5751 and then proceed with mailing the application. Returns Information
(For Domestic Trade Accounts Only)
Effective January 1, 2010 Standard Publishing now requires Return Authorizations!
In an effort to simplify and expedite the accurate processing of your returns and to ensure you receive credit due in a timely manner, Standard Publishing now requires a Return Authorization (RA) reference number be assigned on all products prior to the return of the products to Standard Publishing for credit.

Effective July 1, 2010 any return received without a valid RA reference number will be refused and returned to you without credit.
Please use our new Return Authorization Form for all returns. This will expedite the process.

Sunday School Curriculum Policies
Volume discount levels are based on the (designated) initial order each quarter. The discount will remain at the qualifying level until the next quarter's initial order is placed. Volume discount levels are shown below.

Curriculum drop shipments will receive a 15% discount, regardless of volume.
Free Freight
Dealers in the 48 contiguous states with current accounts automatically receive free freight on their initial stock order each quarter. To qualify for free freight, orders must be received no later than the following dates:

Early Curriculum Returns
Effective 9/15/09 we will issue 100% credit on dated curriculum products received by Standard Publishing according to the dates below. (Note: these are the same dates the quarterly payments are due.) We require a Return Authorization number to process curriculum returns, so please use our Return Authorization Form to request your RA. We must receive the product from you by these dates:

Returns Allowances
The returns allowance is limited to 10% of the net value of the eligible products on the initial stock order. Returns allowance is calculated separately for each store location. You must request returns credit on the Curriculum Returns Form. We must receive this form from you by the following dates:

Even though we give you returns credit, do not return the product itself. We suggest you use the leftover product to build sales. Distribute it as samples to promote Standard Publishing Sunday school curriculum to new accounts.

September 30, 2012 is the deadline to return unsold 2012 VBS product for full credit. Standard Publishing must receive the items by that date. (No exceptions.) Due to the late return date, there will be no end-of-season return form. Please note: VBS backerboards are non-returnable. Cooper costumes may be returned only in original packaging.
